Status
What does "Blocked" mean?
You must complete this requirement to generate a submission pack at your target level.
What does "Needs info" mean?
You can submit at Minimum, but you'll likely get follow-up questions from EU customers.
What does "Ready" mean?
This item meets your target tier level. No further action needed.
Tiers
What is Minimum tier?
Enough to respond correctly. Your statements are accurate, but may lack supporting evidence.
What is Credible tier?
Evidence-linked and consistent. Reduces follow-up questions from EU customers.
What is Audit-Ready tier?
Owned, reviewed, traceable. Suitable for limited assurance preparation with external auditors.
Evidence
What counts as evidence?
Any document, export, or link that supports your statement. If an EU customer asked "can you prove this?", this is what you'd provide.
Is evidence required?
Not for Minimum tier. Evidence is required for Credible and Audit-Ready tiers.
"Not in place"
Can I say something isn't in place?
Yes! You can truthfully state that something is not in place. We'll generate customer-safe wording automatically.
Are there things I must provide?
Some items (like reporting period and contact point) cannot be left blank as they're required for any valid disclosure.
